Making a purchase

To make an order via our website, click on the item you wish to purchase and add the required quantity to your basket.

You will then be taken through our online purchasing process.

Our checkout uses the secure PayPal or Stripe portal which also accepts credit cards.

We do not see or store any of your payment details. These are all handled by PayPal or Stripe.

Services

Marcus will contact you within 24 hours of purchase in order to arrange a mutual time for your appointment.

​Physical Products

These are shipped the same working day if your order is placed by 3pm UK time. Our standard shipping rates (see below) apply.

We operate a 30 day no-quibble return policy. Please call or email us on: karin@thebianclan.uk as soon as possible to let us know that you are returning the item to us.

Returned items must reach us in perfect condition and, if possible, be in their original packaging.

Cost of postage for returned items is your responsibility. You may wish to post this as a tracked item to ensure it does not go missing in the post.
