Each Session is Individual and will be led by your needs and understanding. Time for sessions can vary as each person’s circumstances are different. Sessions typically last for 45 - 60 minutes. (Some concessions may be available if required.)

- Consisting of Exercises and Meditations to enable you to continually advance on your Journey.
- Support throughout your Journey via Email and Text
These 1-1 Sessions take place online via Zoom, or other connections and can be spread out over any amount of time to suit your needs.

I am able to transmit what is now being referred to as “Energy Healing”. This is usually Hands Off and is transmitted through the Airways.
The main purpose of this Healing is to align you with your Higher Self. To help you in connecting to and listening to what is your own intuition. This also has an effect on the Physical, Emotional and the Mental bodies and will aid your overall Well Being. Helping to unblock and release Physical as well as Mental and Emotional issues. Changes can occur within days, both to people's Wellness as well as their life’s goals coming to fruition.
There may also be some Guidance and Mentoring if and when required. This will involve discussions of what has come up for both parties during the Healing and/or since the last session. As well as some intuitive guidance on what you may need to be doing at this time. Helping you to focus on and/or discover your True Life’s Purpose. Assisting you in finding ways to Live the Life you Love.
I tend to use a variety of video calling to first contact and then to connect over the Ether to transmit the Healing Alignment. It usually puts people in a very blissful and calm state, so why not try it and see the effects for yourself.
