Meditation
We offer on-line, downloadable and in-person meditations in Heathfield, East Sussex. Check out this page for meditation groups, and meditation workshops.
To meditate is to focus your mind for a period of time (rather than letting it roam free).
When it comes to meditation I (Karin) actually walk my talk! Despite being a busy, home educating mum who is actively involved in running our family business, I make the time to meditate at least once a day.
This brings me the many benefits of Meditation:
- Relaxation
- Clarity
- Connection to true self and increased self-awareness
- Feeling Calm
- Enjoying Peace
- Better Productivity
- Tapping into Creativity
- Feeling Free
- Being Present
- Feeling Positive
- Patience
- Better sleep
- Raising my Vibration
- Entering into a Flow state
You don’t need anything or anyone to meditate. However, learning to meditate is much easier and more potent when practiced under guidance or in a group.
Folding yourself up like a pretzel and chanting ‘om’ is not the only way to meditate. In fact, there are infinitely many ways to do so.
Have a look at the list below to help you find the method that suits you best.
